The last time my parents were out visiting my dad mentioned to Nathanael going fishing.  I told Nathanael how I used to go fishing with my dad, so he wanted to go fishing.  This past Memorial Day Weekend we visited my parents and sister in Maryland, so we took a little fishing trip.  Nathanael knew we were going to go fishing and he was very excited and really looking forward to it.

We headed out to Little Seneca Lake in Black Hill Regional Park for Nathanael’s first fishing trip.

I didn’t have much time to compose that shot because the fish were really biting!  As soon as Nathanael cast a Sunny Bluegill hit his line.

Nathanael named his fish “Slimey Blue”.   After this photo was taken “Slimey Blue” decided he wanted back in the water and we returned him to the lake.  Nathanael wanted to return the next day, but it rained all day.  He’ll just have to wait to his next fishing adventure to find his next “Slimey Blue”.
