Baltimore in HDR April 6, 2010 at 5:55 pm

In March I had the opportunity to go to up to Baltimore.  I hadn’t been to Baltimore in a number of years and I was disappointed that I did not have much extra time in my schedule.  My trip really wasn’t for the purpose of doing photography, so I hope I can return soon.

Visit to Michigan August 14, 2009 at 5:34 pm

On our way to Bad Axe, Michigan last week I wanted to go see some lighthouses. We stopped next to the Fort Gratiot Light for a peek at Lake Huron:

Gone Fishing May 26, 2009 at 8:55 pm

The last time my parents were out visiting my dad mentioned to Nathanael going fishing.  I told Nathanael how I used to go fishing with my dad, so he wanted to go fishing.  This past Memorial Day Weekend we visited my parents and sister in Maryland, so we took a little fishing trip.  Nathanael knew we were going to go fishing and he was very excited and really looking forward to it.

We headed out to Little Seneca Lake in Black Hill Regional Park for Nathanael’s first fishing trip.

I didn’t have much time to compose that shot because the fish were really biting!  As soon as Nathanael cast a Sunny Bluegill hit his line.

The Wild Guitar Pick April 27, 2009 at 11:19 am

I hadn’t been by Walney Pond in Ellanor C. Lawrence Park since 2003. Yesterday, I was in the area, so I figured I would stop by. I took a walk around the pond and then I saw something sitting on a lily pad. I had to be very quiet. I didn’t want to scare it away.
